Do you have minimum order quantities?
We don’t have minimum order quantities on branded clothing – feel free to order 1 garment, either branded or unbranded, to test quality and make sure it’s the right garment for you.
How do I supply artwork for my clothing?
You can send us your logo, brand guidelines, or a simple brief – whatever you have.
Logos do need to be print-ready (vector format). If yours isn’t, we offer a logo redraw service to make it suitable for production.
Do you offer design support?
Yes. If you need help developing artwork or refining ideas, we can support you with design – whether that’s adapting existing branding or creating something more considered for the clothing itself.
What are your lead times?
We have a variety of lead times available, from standard to super express, which are dependent on branding methods:

Standard Lead Time (Print & Embroidery): around 10 working days

We always ask when you need the clothing by and will advise upfront if something won’t be achievable in time.
Do you offer express or rush options?
Absolutely – we can brand your clothing in as quick as 24 hours. Ask for availability.
Can you help with sustainable clothing?
We do indeed. Sustainable products can be filtered and selected, and we’re also happy to guide you through the options if sustainability is important to your clothing and business. We focus on explaining the real differences and trade-offs, so you can make informed choices.
Can you handle both small and large orders?
Yes. We regularly support everything from small internal orders like staff packs and onboarding kits, through to large-scale campaigns, events and national rollouts. Whether it’s 50 units or 50,000, it’s handled with the same level of care.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. You’ll always have a named account manager who understands your brand and requirements. On repeat orders, you’ll deal with the same person – and if they’re unavailable, our systems ensure the wider team is fully up to speed. We’re set up for long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions.
I already have clothing for my business. Can you make sure my clothing stays consistent?
Absolutely. If it’s a product you’ve had before that you are trying to match, we can use your old proofs and invoices to match all details from products to print size and colours. The tags on your existing garments will also give us a great idea on what you’re already buying – and make suggestions if we think there’s a better brand you could be buying at around the same price range.
